Hmm..where do I start? It was relatively cheap to comparable pieces of furniture, so I gave it a shot. I make it a point to read the previews and their advice has steered me away from sure products. They also, have reaffirmed my decisions for other products on occasion.
As I stated before, it was inexpensive, but I feel that I was given a very poor goods for the money. The packaging was shabbly put together and the finish was very uneven. The instructions were very difficult to decipher (especially since it was calling out parts that were not even in the assembly). I managed to use a dinky common sense assembly skills from the past, but it's difficult when you don't even have the correct amount of parts. I called the company, the gentleman seemed apologetic and said, "I'll send out the whole whole hardware kit so you'll have spares", which I appreciated. I decided to try to go additional with the assembly process when I discovered that one of the side pieces didn't even have holes borred out for the wood dowls! Well, I called the firm and was having another side piece sent to me, when I get a message the next day saying that they won't be able to get the piece/hardware out to me until mid-April....That was It! It's on it'a way back. Next time, I'll not only read the reviews, I'll take heed to what they're saying.
